What’s up with my account?
For security purposes, everyone will need to set up a NEW Shopper Account. If you did NOT receive the invitation email or if you lost it, simply follow the below steps:

Step 1 - Navigate to the ACCOUNT CREATION PAGE: https://www.goruck.com/account/register

Step 2 - Fill out the CREATE ACCOUNT Fields and click CREATE - this will redirect you to a security page to verify that you're not a robot :)
- Step 3 - Once your account is activated you will receive a Welcome to GORUCK email where you can click Visit our store where you will be automatically logged into your new account.
Please note that there may be minor discrepancies with your order history. We did our best to migrate order details as cleanly as possible.
Question: What does the "fulfillment status mean" on my past orders?
Answer: Please disregard this status for any orders placed prior to 10/1/2020.
Question: Where is my store credit?
Answer: You can find your store credit and previous gift card balance balance in your Shopper Account. Simply log in and click the "Store Credit" line on the right hand side of your account.
Question: One of my older orders does not look correct...
Answer: We have worked to get past order details updated as accurately as possible but there may be instances where some order product details may be different (i.e. description or color).
Question: How do I change my personal information under my account?
Answer: Please submit a request by clicking HERE and select "Shopper Account" for the Reason for Contact with your desired personal information account changes.
Questions: Can you merge shopper accounts?
Answer: Unfortunately, our system is not set up to merge accounts.
