If our Scars team has determined that your request falls under our warranty but your gear is not repairable, we will be more than happy to replace your gear. However, keep in mind that we can only replace with gear we currently have available.
This means that the materials and features used in our current gear may differ from the original item you submitted your repair request with.
Example: If your GR1 is not repairable but falls under our warranty for a replacement, we would end up replacing your GR1 with one of our current versions which has changed some of its design features and materials over the years. We always encourage you to double check our website for any new design changes.
