Event Transfer Policy
Our Heavy, Tough, Light and Constellation events require a 7 days notice to receive an event voucher that can be applied to a future event of the same type
Firearms Day and Star Course 50 Miler events require a 30 days notice to issue an event voucher to be used for the same type of event.
How to use your event voucher:
- Reach out to us at contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the event that you want to apply your credit towards.
- Please keep in mind that event vouchers can only be applied to the same type of event. For example, a Heavy credit can only be applied to a Heavy event. Event vouchers cannot be combined to be applied to higher priced events.This also applies to our Firearm Training Event series since these events require certain prerequisites. For example, the Advanced Pistol event can only be applied towards another Advanced Pistol event, etc. Event vouchers cannot be shared or transferred to other people.
- Event vouchers are only applicable to event registrations and are not permitted to be used as a store credit towards gear and apparel.
Please note that Selection, Expeditions, Custom Events and our Annual GRT Reunion Event are not eligible for the event transfer policy and are non-refundable. Additionally, existing event vouchers cannot be used to register for these events.
