We allow minors aged 15 - 18 years old to join all City Ruck and Challenge events!
Requirement for participants under 18: The parent/legal guardian of the minor signs GORUCK's online participant waiver while designating the minor as the event participant and A parent/legal guardian will chaperone the minor during the whole event.
This means the parent/legal guardian and the minor are either participating in the event together or the parent/legal guardian is present as a shadow for the event. The minor is not allowed to participate in the event if the parent/legal guardian does not show or will the minor be allowed to continue if the parent/legal guardian leaves at any point during the event.
Community 5K Rucks and Takeover Workouts are family friendly and welcome to all ages!
You must be 18 years or older for ALL tactical events and Selection, no exception!
