Once we receive your return, it can take 2-4 weeks to process. There may be periods when it takes longer (i.e. Holidays and during sales). The average return period from the time you drop it off in the mail to when you receive your return is usually 2-4 weeks.
You will receive an email with your return confirmation once the refund has been issued. From there you should see the refund hit your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
