We can not issue any refund until the delivery is made and we can process your return.
Once returned, we will refund everything paid for up to that point on our end. It may take a business day or two to reflect back onto your account, but we also suggest reaching out to Shop Pay directly which runs the Affirm program here: https://shop.app/help/shop-app-help-contact. They will be able to help with the remainder as we do not have any control over that process.
