If you are not able to attend your event for any reason, you must let us know at least 30 days before the start date of the event and we will issue a Store Credit for the amount paid for the registration. It takes a lot of planning and logistical tasks to put on an event that meets the standard. With that said, GORUCK HQ and the Cadre need enough time and an accurate headcount to ensure a well-run event. Any cancellation requests after the 30 day window will be denied with no exceptions except for military deployment. Exceptions to this policy for injuries or medical emergencies will not be permitted.
This policy applies to all of our events except for the following special events:
- Team Assessment
This means that we are not able to offer an event registration refund as a store credit or transfer registrations to other participants. This policy will be explicitly stated on the event registration page and the list of special events that this policy applies to is subject to change.
Please note that ALL event registrations are non-refundable back to the original payment method.
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to cancel your event registration and we will take care of it!
