Cancelling events is always a last resort and something we work hard to avoid but we always work to reschedule cancelled events. If we are not able to reschedule, please see below for details:
Q. How and when will I be notified if my event is cancelled?
A. We closely monitor all events on a daily basis and work to provide a 30 day notice if an event is cancelled. Please note that there are circumstances out of control where we do have to cancel last minute. We will email you directly and post event cancellation details on the Facebook Event Page.
Q. What happens to my event registration?
A. We will automatically refund you for the amount paid as a store credit. The store credit will be applied to your GORUCK Shopper Account and can be used towards ANY future order (to include gear orders). All Store Credits expire within 24 months of the issue date. If the event registration was paid with a coupon code it will be forfeited. This is consistent with our event policies and if you prefer to have the event registration refunded back to the original payment method you have two weeks from the notification date to request this by writing into firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (no exceptions will be considered beyond the two week period).
