Canceling events is always a last resort and something we work hard to avoid but in the case that your event is canceled, please see below for details:
Question: How and when will I be notified if my event is canceled?
Answer: We closely monitor all events on a daily basis and work to provide a 30-day notice if we need to cancel an event due to low participation numbers. Unfortunately, there are circumstances that are out of our control where we do have to cancel closer to the event date.
We will email you directly with refund details and post-event cancellation details on the event Facebook page.
Question: What if I used a coupon code to register?
Answer: Coupon codes are final use and cannot be reactivated or transferred over to a new event registration in all cases except for when we cancel an event. In this case, we will issue another unique one-time use coupon code that can be applied towards the same event type. Please note this coupon code will expire within 30 days of the issue date.
