All current event vouchers expired on 12/31/2020 and we are unable to issue new ones for past events. Also, if you are unable to make a current event that you signed up with using a free event code, voucher, or event credit we will not be able to issue you a new one or issue you a new one regardless if there are more than 30 days from your event date.
Please note all promo codes ( including Ruck Club or sale codes) are one-time use and must be used before the expiration date - if you end up missing the future event then the coupon code will be forfeited. No exceptions.
Additionally, please note we are no longer able to transfer events or issue store credit for any reason.
Also, if you happened to use a free event code to sign up for your event, that event can not be transferred or refunded. Once an event is registered with a free event code, that event is locked into that particular event.
