As of August 9, 2020 you are now able to transfer your event registration 30+ days prior to the event date to any other GORUCK event. You can directly do this under your customer account. You will be charged the difference if you plan to transfer to a higher priced event. Additionally, you will forfeit any registration cost difference if transferring into a lower priced event. All event transfers are final sale and non-refundable and non-reversible.
Please note that when transferring from a higher priced event to a lower priced event you will pay $0 and will forfeit the price difference. Since all transfers are final sale if you are not able to attend the new event there will be no refund to be issued since the new order value will be $0.
See the below steps on how to transfer your event registration to a different event:
Step 1: Log into your Customer Account here https://registration.goruck.com/my-account/login-error
Step 2: Click on “MY ORDERS” on the left panel and choose the order number of the event that you would like to transfer over.
Step 3: Step 3: Click the settings button on the right hand side and click “Change Order”
Step 4: Click on “Switch to a different event”.
Step 5: You will be prompted to search for the event that you want to transfer into. Keep in mind, if you transfer to a lower priced event, no refunds can be given for the difference. Also, if you transfer to an event that is priced higher, you will be prompted to pay the difference before the transfer can be completed. Lastly, if you are transferring an event that has already been transferred once before, you will need to pay the full event registration fee for the new event. Once you find the event that you wish to transfer to, click on that event.
Step 6: Click on the ‘Edit’ button to transfer into the event.
Step 7: Click the event box that pops up. Once that is clicked, then scroll down to the bottom.
Step 8: On the bottom there will be a waiver to sign for your new event like you had to do with your original event registration. If there is a price difference left to be paid, you will be prompted to pay that difference with various payment options available at the bottom just below the waiver. If there is no difference to be paid, click the ‘Pay’ box at the bottom to finalize the transfer.
Step 9: Once you have clicked the ‘Pay’ box to finalize the transfer, you will have a confirmation message of your new event.
