We work hard to get your gear to you as soon as possible, and you will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped, and tracking can be found within your Shopper Account.
We process and fulfill orders Monday-Friday and work to get all non-expedited orders out the door within ~3-5+ business days (not including Holidays). Please use the below chart for final delivery estimates.
Please note that our Ruck Plates are shipped from a different warehouse. Due to carrier restrictions, we currently only offer our Economy shipping method for any gear orders containing ruck plates. If you need your non-Ruck Plate gear delivered by a guaranteed date, place a separate order and select an expedited shipping method option at checkout.
Economy shipping orders will sometimes ship in bulk to regional facilities directly from our main distribution center and during that process, some tracking updates will not be completely accurate. We ask you give the order a few days for the tracking to update before reaching out.
We do ship to PO Boxes, but please note that PO Boxes are not eligible to priority or expedited shipping methods. PO Boxes will ship via standard economy shipping.
