There are 4 ways to approach logging in your workouts and below are the 4 examples:
Option 1:
If you want to track all of your progress, then you can log the results with reps, lbs, and times. The following is an example :
- 4 reps of 4 slick burpees with #0lbs
- 4 reps of Sandbag Cleans with #40 lbs
- 4 reps of Sandbag front squats with #40lbs
You will manually log that you did the reps and lbs in each round (10 total for this workout). Say that towards round 6, you need to lower the weight, then you will mark rounds 1-5 as above and then log the rounds from 6-10 as:
- 4 reps of 4 slick burpees with #0lbs
- 4 reps of Sandbag Cleans with #20 lbs
- 4 reps of Sandbag front squats with #20lbs
After you have entered your reps and lbs. Your score / time can be scored two ways:
- Let the automatically running clock log your time (total time from “start now’ to “done”)
- Or you will log only your WOD of the day manually (yourself). If you log this manually, you will do that in the comment section.
Once you log all your details, you will then rate the workout, make any other additional comments then hit save. All of this information you just logged in will save into that workout.
Option 2:
You don’t want to log your reps and/or lbs because you did the RX weight, and you don't want to manually log the RX weight:
- You will log into the workout, hit “start now,” then at the top right of the screen, hit “save” this will take you to the rating and comment section.
- You will then log your time for the WOD, “RX,” and rate the workout, then hit save. This will log all of the information for the workout.
Example: It took me “7:03 RX”
Option 3:
You don’t want to track any of these details; you only want to see the workout and say that you completed the workout.
- You will log into the workout, hit “start now,” then at the top right of the screen, hit “save” this will take you to the rating and comment section. Rate the workout, and hit “done.” This will mark the workout as completed.
Option 4:
You only want to see the workout and don’t want to log anything. View the workout, do the workout and you don't need to do anything more in the app.
