DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
To keep shipping costs at a minimum, all domestic Tribe Patch orders will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail so there will be no tracking information - make sure to keep an eye out in the mail!
Rest assured we will make sure you get your Tribe patch each month you are signed up. If by the middle of the following month you do not have yours, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement at no cost to you.
All Tribe patches ship separately so if your initial Tribe Subscription order includes additional gear then it will ship separately at the time of your purchase.
There is a recurring $3 shipping fee for all international shipments. Your monthly Tribe patch will be shipped Internationally using USPS First-Class Mail International. Currently, this service does not provide tracking information so please keep an eye out in the mail! See the most updated full list of countries we can ship to HERE.
All Tribe patches ship separately. If your initial Tribe Subscription order includes additional gear then the gear will ship separately with a separate shipping charge with Fedex International. You will see two shipping charges, one for your gear order and another "Subscription Shipping" charge of $3.
