When there is proof of delivery, we ask that you check with the carrier who delivered your package and give them some extra time for delivery. Carriers may sometimes update the status to delivered before the actual package arrives. We also ask that you check with your neighbors to ensure that the order was not accidentally delivered to their home. If the package is still not found, you can write into team@goruck.com so we can assist.
Please note it is our policy to not replace or refund orders when there is proof of delivery. We do offer tracking updates via email and text that you can sign up with to receive up to date info and estimated delivery of your order.
