While we are not able to transfer events anymore, we can cancel and refund you for the event if you are more than 30 days away from the starting time. Just let us know if you are unable to make it before 30 days and we will be more than happy to cancel and refund you for your registration.
If you are within 30 days of your event, we will not be able to transfer or refund you, but please let us know if you can not make it so we can remove you from the roster and our event ops team can plan accordingly.
