Once an order has been finalized at checkout, we are not able to make any adjustments. This includes adding/deleting items, adjusting the quantity, changing the payment method, or upgrading shipping. However, we can check on cancelling an order for you.
As long as your shipping label has not been created, we can still cancel your order or change the shipping address. If the shipping label has been created, we are not able to cancel or change the address. Because of this, we ask that you double check that your shipping address is correct and all items have been looked over before completing your order.
If your order has not processed (shipping label has not been created) and you need the address changed, please email us at team@goruck.com with the address you need to change your order to and our team will be happy to take care of that for you if possible. Please note we cannot make any guarantees but we will try our best to get the information changed.
Please note that our team is available from Monday through Friday between 9-5PM EST so we will not be able to get to your request for a cancellation during the weekend or during most major Holidays.
