Option 1: You can select the workout that day of your choosing and log your time which will save it to that day.
Example:
On August 2, I did the workout labeled “August 1- TYCZ”, started the workout, logged, and saved my time.
Now, if you go to the calendar icon, you will then see the workout logged on August 2nd labeled “August 1- TYCZ” completed.
Option 2: On August 1st, I logged into my app, and I want to move my workout labeled as August 6th to August 2nd. I will click into the workout “August 6, 2022- Mosher” and click the button “schedule” with a calendar beside it. It will then pull up my calendar from August 1- August 7th, where I will select and move it to August 2nd, then hit “save”. Now I can back out to my calendar and select my calendar icon where I can see “August 6, 2022- Mosher” on the date of August 2nd.
What if I don't do a workout set for this week:
- Do you not need to stress or complete it. You pick can how many days a week you want to work out and log those that you want to.
