- KB- Sandbell Kettlebell
- AMRAP- As many rounds as possible
- EMOM- Every minute on the minute
- AFAP- As fast as possible
- M- meters (example 300M)
- LB- pounds
- KG: Kilograms
- Slick- means no added weight =0Lbs (bodyweight only)
- RX: Means as prescribed in the workout with the weight we have suggested
