Because sizing can vary by brand and style, we’re unable to make exact comparisons to other footwear. That said, based on internal testing, most of our footwear runs true to size compared to other major brands.
If you already own MACV-1s, we recommend ordering the same size in our Ballistic Trainers and Rough Runners. Likewise, if you typically wear a consistent size across major shoe brands, that size should work best in our footwear.
Our footwear is based on a D width, which is considered a generous fit, but is not considered a specific wide fit, which is E to 4E in width. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee our footwear will fit if you typically wear a specific wide size shoe.
If you’re unsure, we recommend ordering two sizes to compare and returning the pair that doesn’t fit.
Unworn footwear in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). We suggest trying them on indoors, on carpet or a clean surface, to avoid any signs of wear.
