If you forgot to apply your GOVX Earned Service discount to your most recent order, please send us a screenshot of your GOVX account page, and we will be able to refund the difference retroactively.
Discounts, including GOVX, apply to all full-priced items. However, due to a technical limitation on our site, the discount may not apply if that product has other variants currently on sale.
If you’re trying to use your discount on a full-priced item and it isn’t working, please go ahead and place your order. Then contact us, and we’ll be happy to apply the discount retroactively as a refund.
