How to create an account:
- Step 1 - Navigate to the ACCOUNT CREATION PAGE: https://www.goruck.com/account/register
- Step 2 - Fill out the CREATE ACCOUNT Fields and click CREATE - this will redirect you to a security page to verify that you're not a robot :)
- Step 3 - Once your account is activated you will receive a Welcome to GORUCK email where you can click Visit our store where you will be automatically logged into your new account.
How do I update my personal information or see my order history?
When you log in to your GORUCK Shopper Account, you’ll be able to view your account details, saved addresses, and store credit. You’ll also see your purchase history, which includes all orders placed while logged into that account.
Orders placed as a guest or under a different email address cannot be transferred to another account. However, our team is always happy to help look up any order information you may need.
Can shopper accounts be merged?
At this time, we’re unable to merge shopper accounts or change the email address associated with an existing account.
We recommend choosing one email address to use for future orders. You’ll still be able to access any other shopper accounts created to view past order history, and our team is always here if you have questions about your account or orders.
