Participants ages 15–18 are welcome to join City Ruck and Challenge events, with the following requirements:
A parent or legal guardian must complete GORUCK’s online participant waiver and designate the minor as the event participant
A parent or legal guardian must chaperone the minor for the entire event
Chaperoning means the parent or legal guardian is either participating alongside the minor or present as a shadow throughout the event. Minors may not participate if the parent or legal guardian does not attend or leaves at any point during the event.
Community 5K Rucks and Takeover Workouts are family-friendly and open to participants of all ages.
Please note: Participants must be 18 years or older to attend all Tactical events and Selection—no exceptions.
