Canceling an event is always a last resort, and we work hard to avoid it. However, if an event must be canceled, please review the information below.
How and when will I be notified if my event is cancelled?
We closely monitor all events and, when possible, provide at least 30 days notice if an event is cancelled due to low participation. In some cases, circumstances beyond our control may require a cancellation closer to the event date.
If an event is cancelled, you’ll receive a direct email notification with refund details.
What happens if I used a coupon code to register?
If we cancel an event, we’ll issue a new, unique one-time-use coupon code that can be applied toward the same event type. Just reach out to team@goruck.com for your code.
