The Rucker is our best option to get started if you also want something to carry more than just a ruck plate as it has more space to place other items or plates in if necessary.
The Rucker size that will fit you best depends on your height, torso length, and personal preference. The bottom of the rucksack should sit above your belt to avoid friction along the belt line while rucking.

MEASURING TORSO HEIGHT
Torso is measured from the C7 vertebrae (bony bump on top of the neck) to the iliac crest (hip bones), which is usually a few inches above your belt line (the opposite side of your belly button on your back).
