All GORUCK orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund via DHL. You can access your return label via the following link HERE
Please note that currently we are not able to issue exchanges for returns. We can only issue refunds at this time. Also, after 30 days of delivery, we can not accept any orders back for return.
