At GORUCK, we build gear to Special Forces standards. If you need to make a return, we keep it simple. You are fully protected by EU statutory rights, which we supplement with our own 30-day guarantee.

1. The GORUCK Return Windows

  • Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: By EU law, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to change your mind and cancel your order for a full refund—no explanation needed.
  • GORUCK’s Extended 30-Day Window: Because we want you to love your gear, we voluntarily extend your return window to 30 days from delivery.

2. How to Start a Return 

To initiate a return, you do not need to create an account. You can instantly exercise your right to withdraw by:

  1. Clicking our Returns Portal (available to both guests and account holders).
  2. Entering your Order ID and email address to submit your request.

3. Refunds & Return Shipping

  • Free Returns: Return shipping is free of charge if you use the prepaid DHL label generated through our portal.
  • Fast Refunds: Once you notify us of your withdrawal, we will refund your original payment (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days. We may hold the refund until the gear arrives back at our warehouse or you provide proof of return shipping.
  • Deadline: You must ship the gear back to us within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request.
