If you’re unable to attend your event, we require at least 30 days’ notice prior to the event date.
Putting on a GORUCK event involves significant planning and logistics, and both GORUCK HQ and the Cadre rely on accurate head counts to ensure a high-quality experience. For this reason, the 30-day notice requirement applies to all events.
With proper notice, you may contact team@goruck.com to request a refund of your event registration. Refunds are not available if:
The request is made within 30 days of the event, or
The event is marked non-refundable on the registration page (such as special events or promotions)
Please note:
Event registrations cannot be transferred to another participant or to a different event
Store credit can be issued for event registrations
Discount codes can be re-issued if a cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the event otherwise, a replacement code will not be provided
