If you are not able to attend your event we just ask that you provide a 30-day notice from the event date.
We do require a 30-day notice, it takes a significant amount of planning and logistical tasks to put on an event that meets the standard. With that said, GORUCK HQ and the Cadre need enough time and an accurate headcount to ensure a well-run event. This policy applies to all of our events.
Contact us at team@goruck.com to receive a refund for the event registration. (A refund is not applicable if it is after the 30days, and/ or notated on the event registration page that the event is non-refundable due to it being a special event or special promotion)
Please note that if a voucher or coupon/promo code was used to register for the event which you can not attend then the above options do not apply and the registration will be forfeited. Codes are good for one-time use only and can not be reactivated.
Additionally, please note we are no longer able to transfer events or issue store credit for any reason.
