When will my patch ship?
Tribe patches are typically shipped towards the end of each month. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress to your mailbox.
How does the shipping schedule work?
The timing depends on which subscription you have:
GORUCK Tribe: You will always be one month ahead. For example, your February patch will ship in January, ensuring you have your mission and patch in hand before the new month begins.
Tribe Kids: These patches correlate directly with the current month (e.g., the January patch ships in January).
What if my patch is lost or I didn't get tracking?
If your patch gets lost in transit, you never received a shipping notification, or your mailbox is looking suspiciously empty, we’ve got your back.
