How do I manage my GORUCK Tribe account?
Once you log in to your account, you have full control over your membership. From your dashboard, you can:
Monitor Status: View whether your subscription is currently active or inactive.
Update Billing & Shipping: Easily change your payment information or update your shipping address to ensure your gear and patches arrive at the right place.
Track History: View all your past subscription patch orders.
Modify Upcoming Months: Manage or skip upcoming challenges.
Cancel or Reactivate: Stop your subscription at any time or jump back in when you’re ready to get back to work.
How does skipping a month work?
We know life gets busy. You have the option to skip any upcoming month, provided you do so before the 1st of that month.
Important Note: If you skip a month, you will not be charged, but you will also not receive that month's physical patch, workout card, or Tribe-specific emails.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. If you change your mind later, you can reactivate your status through the same portal to resume receiving monthly challenges and patches.
