Gear and Apparel (NON RUCK PLATE Returns)
You have a 30 day return period starting the day your order arrives to the day you ship it back to receive a refund minus any initial shipping fees selected at checkout.
If you are returning items from different orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label of that order. Your return is connected directly to the bar code on each return label. If you do return items from another order with a different order number's return label, the return may not be processed correctly.
All returned products need to be in their original condition preferably with tags attached. Dirty, damaged or used gear, apparel and footwear will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any pet (or human) hair, dirt or scuff marks, sand, stains, or foul odors.

Footwear Return Policy
All Footwear returns that are unworn and in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund (minus shipping). All footwear must be returned in their original box.
We recommend testing them out inside on carpet or a place where they will not be damaged or show any use. We cannot accept any other signs of wear and tear (dirt, scuffs, etc.).
Ruck Plate Returns:
If you need to return your Ruck Plate, please reach out to team@goruck.com and they will be more than happy to help you with sending your ruck plate back for a refund. Ruck Plates ship back to a separate distribution center therefore a label cannot be generated through our standard returns portal.
Please note, all ruck plates must be sent back within 30 days of delivery and must be in new condition for us to accept back. We are not set up to exchange ruck plates at this time.

*Please note that if payment includes a gift certificate and a merchant credit card, we will honor the gift certificate first and refund it as a store credit back to your GORUCK Shopper Account. Any remaining amount will be refunded back to the merchant credit card.
*Gear and apparel that has been customized through our SCARS Guarantee is NOT eligible to be returned for a refund or store credit. No exceptions are permitted to this policy.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We are unable to provide free return labels for international orders if you ordered from our main site GORUCK.com. (Please note that if you purchased your gear from our EU site you can return using the instructions HERE.)
However, you are more than welcome to return your gear for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We just ask that the returned items are in new condition.
Please include a note with your order number, name, and email and return your order to the below address. Then, please email us at team@goruck.com with the tracking information so we know when to expect it. International customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once you drop off your return, please let us know and we can expedite the refund process.
