You may return or exchange eligible gear and apparel within 30 days of delivery (from the day your order arrives to the day it is shipped back) for a refund, minus any original shipping fees selected at checkout.
At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same product under the following conditions:
Gear & apparel: Exchanges are limited to a different size or the same size in a different color, subject to availability (minimum of 5 units in stock at the time the exchange is initiated).
Footwear: Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same color. Color exchanges are not available for footwear.
Items may only be exchanged once. If you need a different item after an exchange, you may return it for a refund or store credit of equal value within 30 days of delivery.
Return Label Guidelines
If you’re returning items from multiple orders, each order must be returned using its own return label.
Return labels are linked to a specific order via barcode. Items returned with the incorrect label may not be processed correctly.
Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in original, unused condition, preferably with tags attached. The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used, dirty, or damaged gear, apparel, or footwear
Items with pet or human hair, dirt, sand, stains, scuff marks, or odors
Footwear Return Policy
Unworn footwear in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). All footwear must be returned in the original shoebox.
We recommend trying footwear indoors on carpet or a clean surface to avoid signs of wear. Returns showing any wear (including dirt or scuffs) will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final Sale items (as noted on the product page)
Bulk orders
Used items
Gear or apparel customized through the SCARS Guarantee (no exceptions)
Refund Method
If your payment included both a gift certificate and a credit card, the gift certificate will be refunded first as store credit to your GORUCK Shopper Account. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original credit card.
