You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. After that, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds for Shop Pay Orders
If your order was paid through Shop Pay, we’ll issue your refund for everything you paid on our end once your return is processed. After we issue the refund:
It typically takes 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your original payment method (card/bank account) depending on your financial institution.
For orders paid with Shop Pay Installments, the refund is applied first to your installment balance, and any remaining amount is returned to your original payment method.
