If an order is returned to us as Return to Sender for any reason (including an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failed delivery attempt), we are unable to reship the order.
Once the returned items are received and processed, we will issue a refund for the returned merchandise, minus any applicable shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you still wish to receive the items, a new order will need to be placed after the refund is completed.
