We’re unable to provide free return labels for international orders placed through GORUCK.com. (If you purchased from our EU site, please follow the return instructions provided here.)
International orders may still be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided all items are in new, unused condition. We are unable to offer direct exchanges for international orders.
Please include a note with your order number, name, and email address inside the package, and ship your return to the address below. Once shipped, email team@goruck.com with the tracking information so we know when to expect it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be shipped DDP.
