Replacements are based on current inventory, which means materials, features, or design details may differ from the original item you submitted.
For example, if your GR1 qualifies for a warranty replacement but isn’t repairable, it will be replaced with a current-generation GR1. Over the years, we’ve updated materials and design features, so the replacement may not be an exact match to your original.
