Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday–Friday. Non-expedited orders typically ship within 3–5+ business days, excluding holidays. Please refer to the chart below for estimated delivery timelines once your order ships.
Due to carrier restrictions, orders that include ruck plates are eligible only for our Economy shipping option. If you need other (non-ruck plate) items delivered by a guaranteed date, we recommend placing a separate order and selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email, and tracking information will also be available in your Shopper Account.
Please note: We do ship to PO Boxes; however, PO Boxes are not eligible for Priority or expedited shipping. All PO Box orders ship via standard Economy shipping.
