International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide, including Europe, the UK, the Americas, Asia, Africa, Canada, and Australia. All gear is eligible for international shipping except ruck plates. Ruck Plates can be purchased through our EU site (goruck.eu) and shipped throughout the EU and UK. 

All international orders ship via Passport Priority. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and package weight. Duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost and will be clearly listed at checkout.

International orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Transit times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks, not including customs clearance. Orders typically move in bulk from our main distribution center to regional facilities, and tracking can be limited during parts of that process. It typically takes about 7 full business days for any movement and for Passport to show the package has been received. 

To avoid delays, please enter your shipping address in English whenever possible and include a valid phone number so the carrier can coordinate final delivery. Expedited shipping is not currently available for international orders.

*You’re welcome to use a mail forwarding service; however, please note that GORUCK is not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged shipments when a mail forwarding service is used and will not issue refunds or replacements 

Please note: For the following countries, we are unable to ship with duties and taxes included. If your order is shipping to one of these destinations, you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon customs clearance:

Serbia, Iceland, Georgia, Tonga, Samoa, Vatican City, Fiji, and French Polynesia

At this time, DDP shipments to Israel and all shipments to Kuwait remain temporarily suspended.
