If your tracking shows proof of delivery but you haven’t received your package, we recommend first checking with the carrier that delivered it and allowing a bit of extra time. Carriers may occasionally mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives.
Please also check with neighbors or others at your address to ensure the package wasn’t delivered to them by mistake.
