Once an order is finalized at checkout, we’re unable to make changes. This includes adding or removing items, adjusting quantities, changing the payment method, or upgrading shipping.
That said, we may be able to cancel an order or change the address if it has not yet been processed. Once a shipping label is created, we are unable to cancel or make address changes. For this reason, please double-check your shipping details and order contents before completing checkout.
If your order has not yet processed and you need to update the shipping address or cancel, please email team@goruck.com with the correct address or the order number in need of cancellation. While we can’t guarantee changes can be made, our team will do our best to help.
Please note: We cannot replace orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued.
