1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
By EU law, you have 14 days from the day your gear arrives to change your mind and return your order for any reason.
- How to start: Email team@goruck.com. You don't need to give a reason.
- The Refund: We will refund the full purchase price plus our standard shipping cost within 14 days of your notice (we may hold the refund until the gear arrives back at our warehouse or proof of return shipping is provided).
- Return Shipping: The consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
2. The GORUCK 30-Day Return Extension
Want more time? GORUCK voluntarily extends your return window to 30 days. For returns initiated between Day 15 and Day 30, the gear must be new, preferably with tags attached.
